If they would just fix the crap that WE have told them about there would be no need for a chargeback on accounts. Customer Satisfaction Rating for this game is not to well. The Support System is non-existent at best. Our only option is to force chargebacks because they refuse to fix the problems...
Absolutely!! I have been trying to reach them since day one of going live. They owe me hundreds of dollars and I have sent all of the necessary information to billing support days and days ago, the funny thing is that I never get a reply!!!! And I dont blame her for posting numerous posts about this, I am just getting started! I want my gems
And another thing, if you are a moderator you might want to hang out on the servers and watch the world chat there are many many people getting their money back. People usually don't like getting bent over :)

There is a big comotion in wc on my server alot of people are about to contact paypal for full refunds if the problem isnt corrected by the end of the weekend I am hearing. I myself am out hundreds of dollars it looks like unless i go to paypal and cancel all the charges. They said that you have dispute each transaction at a time though if you do decide to do it

Server Problems lags and weird things on screens
Ejects people from guilds (i lost my investments i put in) 200 gems
Tynon uses my system resources like none other (thats bad) - this is the only game to do that (so far)
worst of all this is my first time posting prolly my last i hear customer service is so-so you only help ppl if they spend hundereds but i spend close to 100 i deserve the same customer service
I just want a refund for all i spent on this game
I bet Tynon has people to ban your ip address but not fix the problems that the game itself has

Tynon should put their efforts the an .exe downloadable game instead of a browser game that is the downfall
this game is too big for the amount of people that play it and to effectively manage the content and one-offs with
your customers

With all due respect. A lot of people don't really pay attention to cliques like that any more but i am going to explain what it means and i will go on to my point.
With all due respect - i respect you and will show you respect but i have something to say that might coincide with your views with out offending you and if i did I am completely sorry in advance.
Now on to my point
I made a post for all to see i did not offend anyone nor did i use foul language. If i post a problem i expect other people whom is not related or affiliated with Tynon to post responses.
As far as Moderators or administrators if you are being paid for you time or not this is your job you don't want to to it then do something else.
If you as a Mod or Admin reply to your customers please solve the problems do not say things like ......

Here is the problem as a customer i feel i have been slighted (done wrong) you are supposed to help. We are not teenagers here and if you are please mature a little.
Tynon deals with people of all walks of life and you never know who your customer is and what they do for a living.
As for the comment i will not goto the credit card company. There is a company that i'm going to contact that will have Tynon it self trying to give me my money back not pay-pal or my bank.
Since you guys are have quick wit and know everything you should figure out which company that is...

Has anyone actually successfully got them to issue a refund (the tynon billing department). Or am I best off just contacting my CC company and doing a chargeback since it's obvious they don't care about rectifying/compensating for the losses that are occurring.
I too try and contact customer support over and over with never a single response, I have spent real money on this game and in turn puchased credit with the gems. I have won deathsinger shayd and mad chemist saffron and because of you server/game bugs i ended up not getting either card even after I paid all the credit to win them and all the credit to recruit them. out of all the online games out there your customer service on dealing and responding to problems is without a single doubt the absolute worst. Either you resovle my problems by replacing the missing cards that I indeed did pay for or I too am considering doing a charge back and finding a different game to play.
