Not getting rewards
I know you've heard all this before from others but the issue continues to tick us off. I'm not getting all my rewards ( reputations,gems,coins,ect.) unable to claim my guild benefits including treasure maps ect. It's not good business to offer one thing but deliver another or nothing at all. If you can't make things right for your paying members. I expect you to review my account and make( credit) ANY UNDELIVERED ITEMS. It would also be nice if you could correct the problem entirely. Do not expect me to take the time to post to you on a regular basis. If you can't satisy me ( and all that takes is for you to deliver what I'm due ) I'll be gone and you'll not see another cent from me & I guarantee you I'll advise anyone on Facebook and Twitter to avoid your game because you're not functioning properly and you don't seem to care or have the ability to correct the problems. Please Msg or email me with a response so I know you're on this.

I'm having an exceptional problem with PayPal taking my money and then telling me TYNON has to tell them that they gave me my 500 Gems. This is ridiculous. I am out $50CDN, and because PayPal is holding the payment, TYNON can't (or won't) give me my Gems. Yet to PayPal, it's TYNON who has to inform them that they delivered Gems so that PayPal will send them the money...>>>>????????? Why am I caught in the middle of this stupidity???? I've purchased more than 3000 Gems successfully, yet this one payment mysteriously can't be solved with a few clicks of the mouse from a TYNON employee????? So my other $300+ CDN was good enough for them but this last $50CDN isn't????
I've even opened a ticket, put in EVERY detail of the transaction... this one payment has been held for 8 days already!!!!

I am having the same issues, I was just in the BAAL fight on server 106 and ranked 3 and got NOTHING, ABSOLUTLY NOTHING.. NO REWARDS NO NOTHING!! this isn't the first time i have complained about not getting rewards and yet tynon does NOTHING about it!! getting tired of it!!

I myself have been thru what you all are going thru and then some. I have e-mailed and use the forum to no avail. Maybe if we discuss a class action suit maybe they will listen to us. For all the money we have invested into their bank account,and we receive the same old song and dance that it's our problem not theirs. Sometimes i think they must feel were children and do not know any better. just a suggestion i enjoy this game but enough is enough when do we get our fair share.For all that we have invested into this game. I feel your sympathy Good luck to all facing this drama from our game site....
