Yes it is Dawnseeker and thks for your responding to us. We aren't (at least I am not) upset with you, you're doing a great job here on the forum, it's the developers that should put as much interest into the game that some others like yourself does. Thks for letting me vent on you :) keep up the good work
I still can't get into my server. The hammer of thor. It's still stuck at the 99%. I've cleared the cashe again to make sure. :(
okay i am back in the Light of Ra server - but no arena rewards were handed out - as well - the cerberus event was almost finished, so as a result no one got the last hit, because we did not kill it in time, when it only takes us 10-20 minutes to kill it??? just wondering what compensation is planned for these losses
Sorry to say not everything. Training seems to have stopped working. Stuck at 0 experience-gain for minutes now.Quote:

It is not working again. are there any plans to compensate for this? Arena rewards were not given out either. the other games i play give compensation when things like this happen. and if you don't people will leave the game.
yep..it just went out again...well at least I got 4-5 mins of play before it went again. I guess that is a good thing. :(
Well i certainly hope we are given our missing rewards. I am rank 1 on beta server and didnt get my ring awards today. I was also 1st place in Cerebus and got no rewards for that either. True God killed cerebus and he didnt get his reward either. I am really getting tired of this game and all the issues really fast!
was doing Cretan labyrinth and the server disconnected, when I was able to reconnect, my stamina for the run was spent and one of my laby runs is used. how is that fair?
* also earlier got booted early from cerebus saying it was killed, yet was still going for another few minutes, and wouldn't let me back in to attempt last hit.
ALSO just noticed that arena awards were not given out today because of the server issues, please fix that. Arena awards are huge for progression.

Arena Rewards are collecting but not physically adding to creds/coin/xp etc.
Taking 5-6 refreshes to load game fully, lag has got a little better though :)
lol..this is like Russian Roulette.. do I take the chance of using gems or not.. will it work or won't it. Will I lose the gems like what happened to me yesterday, had the Rare 100 gem award in Arena, protected it for all but the last 40 sec's then was disconnected. Quickly logged back in and it was gone. Hmmmm was that planned or part of the program. Strange that it happened then and not when it was for 782 experience points.
Got in after 45 min and still just a black screen. Sure would like to be able to play today :(

Eum... i hope you will compensate all the players whoi coins a lot of gems or credits to this game,
today 24-06 and 23-06 3.30pm the server of Blaze of Fire Dragon still have a lot of issues loading the Baal Fight invasion. I think a lot of people are patience enough and the programmers should decide that baal isnt working with so many people. Instead of making new servers spend more serversspace on this server to try the game Baal running. It's getting stuck at 9% and won't load the battle.
Everytime refreshing the server is not what i expect to play a game!
I think we all should expect some kind of compensationpack like 10mil. coins or free upgrading gears/blacksmiths..

now not only am i having loading issues but ship crossing's are freezing and i finished crossing and am not allowed take my bonus's keep's saying ship error if i can't even get my bonus after completing something why am i paying to play
I can't claim my caribbean rewards and I can't sail. Also my stakes disappear not take disappear my power fluxes etc any idea how long it's gonna take to work this out? Sorry Just would like to play the game right and can't. not trying to be rude.

It might be helpful if you state what you have done, besides clearing your cache.
And I suppose Morgan would tell you to fill this into a customer support request.

Though, just logging in onto Tynon.com and clicking Billing Support is the easiest way.
Otherwise, clicking the link in Morgan's signature will get you there.
In any case, trying a different browser might help, if that's one of the things you haven't tried yet.
Leonhardt, I have tried 4 different browsers, cleared my cashe every 15 min and even tried a whole new computer and nothing.
I don't know why everyone else says it's working I can't get on and I have been trying for 7 days now. All it says is loading and then tells me to refresh my browser.
It might be a failure by your provider. I switch between four providers and two mostly work, one is debatable and one never works.
Changing providers is a bit excessive, but maybe you find that using a provider that's not your own will allow you to play.
I still can't get in. what kind of providers? Internet carriers? Cuz if so I'm screwed. WE only have one provider here where I live.
Internet carriers is indeed what I meant. Sorry :( Since I'm not tech savvy it doesn't mean it definitely won't work,
it just means you do need support from the tynon team to get you past the loading screen.
After about 45 min I get past the 99% loading screen but this is what I get.

It is working for me now @ scales of ice dragon. But I'm just kinda pissed off now cos my beginner's rewards have expired and it seems i wont be able to get it back. I grinded the **** out of myself and reached lvl 30 at the end of day 1 and i would definitely have hit lvl 40 by day 4. and now i'm stuck with just 15hours left to hit lvl 40. Will the devs and admins still compensate all of the beginner's rewards due to the time lost or you guys simply dont give a **** about it? If thats the case, fine. Just state it here and i'll leave.
