Ahh yes, but by posting we have reported this, we are given the impression that the mods have the ear of someone like davemata or dawn or tytony. SO yes we expect mods to help report things and let us know something. Since there is almost no customer service in tynon to speak of, we rely on mods to help fill a much needed gap. I have personally submitted billing support requests that go unanswered for weeks. Sent dawn pms that have been ignored. And sent dave pms that half of which have been ignored.
So while yes its not a MODs job to report bugs, it is easy to see why many people feel that way and are looking to the mods for insider help or info.
And when I personally post- asking for acknowledgement or feedback, I am not looking for a MOD to answer, I am looking for dave or tytony or dawn to respond. If a mod happens to have the answer GREAT. If not I really dont care about the mods. Nothing personal, but you guys know as much as most of us at times on most things. After all your just players like me. The only time I care about mods is if I see something in forums that is inappropriate or I see a mod abusing their power.
