I'm sorry to hear the game wasn't for you but there is no way of cancelling or deleting your account, I'm afraid. The best I can say is just to log out and walkaway.Quote:

Maybe it should be considered to make such a function possible. Honestly, there are a large amount of players that have become so frustrated w/ the game play (or lack there of), problems, glitches, etc... that they have just quit playing. If these players could delete, it would free up room on the servers, thus not needing all these newer servers, & bringing on more problems. I truly feel that no new servers should have ever been opened until the majority of the bugs were fixed on the original 1 or 2.
i just hope they fix 99% loading problem . 2 days i cant play this game and going to walkaway.

The only information in your account is email and password. Change the password to something long that you do not know and shut down your browser. i bet it's not possible to delete your account because usually in gaming it accurs a lot that someone gets 'hacked' ( read: someone else had passes probably) and some funny guy hits the del button. Or that people delete their account and regret it later, in both cases staff gets requests to undo that and i bet they have better ways to spend their time.. :)
I agree there should be some way that inactive accounts are either deactivated or at the least removed from the servers. i know i was in one server and the host of the guild just up and quit. now i can understand a player wanting to quit but when there are 37 other players in that guild that has donated both their time as well as gems and coins to build the guild they should not lose their donations just because one player got mad and quit. so once again i state that there should be some sort of way to remove inactive players from game play.......
If you don't want to play, you can just stop playing. Why would it matter if the account still exists or not?

so tynon is filled with 1000 or 10000 or 100000 inactive players that will never be deleted ?
really this is abnormal for a flash game.. inactive for 2 weeks.. delete..
If they didn't pad their numbers like this then everyone would have evidence proving how empty the servers really are

My 11 year old son set up this account without my or his mother's knowledge and we would like it canceled/deactivated/deleted. He's clearly in violation of the terms of use. How can we get it deleted?

If you go to tynon.com there is a tab called billing support. You can communicate with the people in charge of the game. I'm sure there is something they can do to help.
