Star failure % ratings are total BS

So here I am with Alexa at 2 stars. I try to upgrade her to 3. 72% failure rate it says... It fails and i drop back down to 1 star... So I then spend even more stars on getting her back to level 2. I then get some more stars and try to get her to level 3 again... 72% failure rate it says... It fails... Now im back down to 1 star yet again... After spending 6 stars on her with a supposed 72% failure rate...

Hey people who run this game. When you decide to do another round of "fixes" consider taking away the fact the game TAKES a star away when u fail... This is becoming absolutly ridiculous... 6 REALLY expensive stars used to get a 2 star character to 3 stars. With a 72% failure rating... And im sitting at 1 star... Worse then I was when I started... Thats ricidulous...

72% success rating mate.

I absolutely agree with what you are saying, but it happens to everyone... math is math.. and 72% is just above 1 out of 3 failures. Now that doesn't mean that on your 2nd try you will be successful. I've failed on games 3 times in a row with a 98% success rate as it was said. So yeah.

Wow... UNBELIVABLE... So lets get back to this story... I eventually got my Alexa back up to 2 stars yet again... Thats where I originally started. Then just a few minutes ago I tried yet again to get her back up to 3 stars... And it failed yet again... So now where am I? I am sitting at 1 star... I started this all out at 2 stars... And it has costed me 10 frickin stars... This has now basicly wrecked my game... Game dev guys. You gotta fix this issue with the game taking away a star when it fails. Im on the verge of quitting now that this happened yet again. And im a paying customer... Im not gonna be the 1st who has their game wrecked by this. And then leaves... This is now absolutly ridiculous... A 72% chance to get from 2 stars to 3 stars. I have now spent 10 stars to go back 1 place... To a 1 star character... Wow...

Ummm... One word... Evony

A 72%chance is the OVERALL success rate. Sorry to hear you have been unlucky, but happens to all of us. And what is wrong with losing the star if you fail, you know it is a gamble before hand. It's like buying scratch off tickets with a 1:4 chance of winning and being upset that YOU didn't win 1:4...

It happens to all of us? Everyone spends 10 stars to lose 1 star on their character? I think not... This is just absolutly ridiculous. Its basicly wrecked the game for me... When it failed yet again a few minutes ago I just could not belive it... Spent 10 stars... To go from a 2 star character to a 1 star... You can never recover from that. Never... And that "doesnt happen to everyone"...

Ok, so so have failed 3 times...out of 100 people who try to upgrade, that means that 28 will fail. No one is arguing the fact that it sucks for you to have had all three of your attempts in that 28 who fail. I am curious to know why you think that those success rates a specific to you and not overall odds applicable to your entire server?

P.s. I have used 12 stars trying to get my Saffron to 3 stars, so while this might not happen to everyone, and statistically it can't, you are not alone, so don't assume you are.

Maybe if u had spent 10 stars on a character to have them move back 1 star you would understand the frustration? Its basicly the death blow... It wasnt 10 credits to make a character worse... That was TONS of resources to basicly take a huge step backwards...

Why is 10 gems a TON of resources? Do you not know how/when to buy stars or get them for free? I have used MANY more medals then that to get heroes to 3 stars, so yea, I do know...sounds like you're just sore...
