I have sent a message to CS and received a response saying they are aware of an issue and are 'investigating' it, which gives me no confidence that the matter will be fixed before the end of my Beginner Awards expire completely. This smacks of Evony all over again, pay your money and no quick fix when software bugs screwup your game. The least they could do is offer a redeem code for the missing items pending any potential fix. That way players won't loose out on the items that are necessary to develop with at this early stage of the game instead of pizzing them off. I am sure from what people tell me there have been a large percentage of folk simply create new accounts and not bother to report issues.

BUMP ! We still await a fix/correction and due rewards for this problem. Will some kind Dev please give us some information here?

I was stuck once and it got helped by taking the long way around, going through the portals and map, instead of auto navigation. I noticed it needed me to pay 20 stamina that I hadn't payed before. It might help?

Seems like a flash issue if you ask me. i only have the prob after having the game open for a long time, refresh or reboot always fixes it for me.
Maybe clear flash or even reinstall oh and make sure you have latest.

Luda this is not a flash issue, how could it be?. The quest did not complete. All other quests since that event have completed successfully. This one remains now Expired. How can that be?
Wildflower, thanks for the suggestion but I have tried that and every other possible option.
This one and only beginners quest needs to be reset by the devs or a redemption code offered for the missing items. I paid them, they can bloodywell pay me my dues !!!
Failing any quick response from Tynon people following this post I will be asking PayPay to reimburse my payment due to non-receipt of goods.
I really am so fed-up and angry at Tynon now.

If you want your issues resolved sooner, I suggest you start a ticket at Customer/Billing Support. Either go to the main log in page and click billing support or use the link I have in my sig. I noticed you've already opened a ticket so I suggest you get back in contact and find out where you're at.
Unfortunately, the forums are not the best place to have in game concerns dealt with as its primarily a place where players come to help each other out. That said, most of us can give minor technical advice such using CC cleaners or clearing out caches on a regular basis. Sometimes closing the browser down can help too.

Morgan, thank you for your reply. However, what point is the forum if no one from Tynon pays the least little interest in the issues (bugs) raised. I have created a ticket as previously posted but surprise surprise there has been no further response or corrective action, hence my rant on the forum. If you are suggesting that I am completely wasting my time here then what other recourse do I have if neither the Forum or Tynon Customer Support are the slightest bit interested ?
What do you actually moderate, is it bad language or miss-filed posts? What feedback mechanism do you have to Tynon on issues raised?
If the answer to the above is Yes and None then please don't bother responding.

The forum is here for players to help each other out, offer advice and have a good old fashioned banter. Server wide problems are best reported here because the devs can see clearly the scale of the issue. Whereas individual problems are best reported to Customer Service. They have access to your information (not your password and email by the way, if a person who claims to a Tynon employee asks you for that, they're bogus) and can fix problems remotely or explain what exactly happened if its an error on your part.
What do I moderate? Pretty much what you described. I'm here to ensure members uphold the forum rules and edit post and threads when needed. I'm not a Tynon employee, but an ordinary player like you.

Excuse me Morgan but if you bothered to read the thread you would see that this is not a sole issue to me but affects many other players. Quite why others have not reported it other than the few here I don't know, perhaps they know this is a waste of time so simply start a new character, but in the game chat it is clear we are not alone with this issue. So this is a server(s) wide problem, the fix however is with Tynon and not the player as its a code or timing error and nothing directly to do with Shockwave Flash or the type of Browser used. Forgive me but you are just wasting my time. I need a dev to respond here. If as you say they don't read it or reply then this is by and large a complete waste of time for a Technical Support section. Only Tynon can respond to technical issues, not (with respect) simple game players like yourself. This is now a matter of principle and I will persue it.

When I say server wide, I mean such things as outages, bugs and suchlike not working correctly. Basically something effects everybody at the same time.
Yes, the OP is not alone in having this problem but the forum isn't here to fix issues like this. If anyone is having problems with their account I urge them to start a ticket with Customer/Billing Support as they stand a much better chance in having their issues resolved. Make a detailed but polite account of your concern and CS can identify the problem quicker.
