I've gone through on auto navigation and am at the point where it says to enter the next zone. but the portal isn't there. I'm taken to the spot that is blue but it's not glowing like it does when you finish the area. Have logged out, cleared cache and re booted my computer. still nothing. even tried it on another server and get stuck in the same place.
Stuck on that too for a few days
i have a thread open in this forum and the technical support forum, post in them with screenshots and any information you have about your situation i have found fixes for some things, but i'am not staff or moderator, i'am just a player. Many regards.

well I saw your post on how to fix the problem I was having but now i'm stuck yet again on the next part, I believe you are stuck there as well. also noticed that there are no beginners rewards. thinking these servers need a complete reboot. I give up and will just quit the server. Glad I didn't put money on the server like I planned on
i would agree, yes i was experimenting with different accounts, about half of them encountered problems that included no beginners awards and portals being broken, it seems like it's pot luck and it would appear there are only temporary fixes nothing permanent.
