its bcz of the patch ... entering a battle stuck at 9% ... 20 min later 30% ... trying to fight boss now .. its like crawling to him ... then again stuck at 9% ... couldnt take it and refreshed .. now cant get back in .... took me over 1 hour to log in last night ... thanks PATCH ... and i pay money to play this game
I sort of want my money back, it's like I paid for a game and can't play it or didnt get what I paid for.
Compensation or my money back,... this is getting redicilous!! this is a real game not a effing Beta version,... jeeeezus

I had trouble with Baal today. It locked up and when I refreshed I couldn't get past the respawn point. You aren't alone in having problems.

Morgan le Fay - I have asked Customer service for help. It's getting no where. I paid for Gems, I use Gems, game locks up, I do not get the use of Gems, or get anything back as I can not play, but they say, they were delivered. Well giving me something I paid for and taking it back right away is not the same as me getting to use the item.
Maybe PayPal will have better luck?
I sort of gave up, and disputed like $90 on Paypal. Not asking for the money I spent before that, just over the last two days, since that's when the issue got started, and CS just says they wont do "Please understand that we will no longer compensate for individual player additionally."
