"Find the tracker"
I created a new account on the 2nd Eu Server (Wings of Hermes) Everything was going smoothly with my new class and account until reaching this quest "Find the tracker" Upon entering the area "Arcana Academy" the portal to the next area is broken, in the quest tracker it clearly states "Enter next zone" however this is impossible if the portal does not function as intended, many other people with new accounts, or those who have opted to level up something new have encountered this problem, I've viewed numerous threads regarding this and people have been holding out for a fix for up to a week for this! if new players cannot even get past one of the first quests due to this bug, how is the player base supposed to grow? i was going to hold out for fix but after viewing some of the other threads regarding it and little to no response on them, i will post this in hopes that a reply will be posted.

Do not respond saying " Clear cache, delete history and cookies" this has been tried by myself and a number of other players with this issue and it does not fix it, i have updated adobe flash player, java, changed from Chrome to Firefox, Firefox to IE and none of this works.
When using auto-navigate to reach the portal, the first time before refreshing you receive this piece of text that quickly scrolls past "Item Locked!s." Yes the exclamation mark is there, in the correct position as display as i just wrote it.

Bump, will continue to bump until a reasonable response is given, forum is flooded with exactly the same problem and nothing is being put forward. Much appreciated.

I'll bump this as well I'm having the same effin problem... seriously I really enjoy this game, but from what I've seen these guys dont really take care of the people who play and spend money on their game

I've always defended them and the problems they have had on this game on their Facebook page, this thread has been open for hours, since a reasonable time in the U.S since i'm from Europe, and evidently there is no response, i hope we can get this issue fixed soon, good luck and stay with Tynon! it can only get better, hang in there buddy.

Just created another account to test if the portal worked on another, sure enough it does, however on the new account Beginners Rewards aren't there. Yeah, Lol.

I have spent a considerable amount of money on this game, after today i have decided enough is enough and i will never be returning, keep the money i don't even care, Beginners rewards, Don't work on one new account, Quest portals don't work on another, Neither work on the next, how can this even be justified? So many customers on the forums are reaching out for help and there is none, moderators are online, staff are online no reply's to any bug posts today. I opened this thread at the time i did on purpose, during peak hours on the U.S and left it open for the entire day, absolutely nothing only another poor guy with the same problem, Service? What service, Peace out homies. VIP9 Down the drain.

Same here, I will still stay, but this is not right... my beginner rewards arnt there either... same with the the quest portal... guys you need to do a little better of a job maintaining this game, I've only been here for like 2 weeks now and I've seen nothing but bugs and glitches

So why does the question "Would you like to see more moderators assigned to the forums and more staff activity?" have to relate to your topic stated in this thread?
We have already reported this issue, we can't do anything else but to wait.

The poll is there because i have the right to put a poll about any anything in the thread as i seem fit, ironically it's only a moderator that has commented on that. Don't worry, i already have fixed my own issues with it, to just become stuck to another issue, as i clearly stated i won't be playing anymore, i'm just here to actually help the people who made the game enjoyable I.E the community. Not to mention double posting doesn't concern a moderator that doesn't post on topics unless it concerns a topic that brings up moderators and staff, noticed that in the majority of posts.

If it says "Find the tracker" : Enter next zone. And you're in the arcana Academy, go back to aerie, use the portal and go back to the area called Whispering Wood outskirts, use auto-navigate and it will back track your steps and it will automatically reset the quest pattern, and do the step the game did not pick up on. i hope this helps if not, then post again and i'll try explain more.

Hmmm now I am stuck in the "Collect Information" quest that's a bit after this once you defeat the tracker.
Auto nav keeps bringing me back to the academy yet no portal is where it should be.

Have you tried repeating the step that helped you prior? if not a screenshot of the missing portal and quest may lead me to find a solution my friend, i'm sorry you have become stuck again, but i hope my last advice gave you some hope.

It doesn't work as when I head to the outskirts or anywhere else and click the mission to auto nav it just warps me to the academy and no portal is there.

Can you take a print screen of you next to the portal with the quest showing? so i can clearly see! i really hope we can get this fixed, however i'am only just a player! i have a lot of issues myself, but i'm spending most of my time trying to help others now, this screenshot might help a lot.

This is the point i'am now stuck on too, i'am currently working on trying to find a fix for this too, if i can i will inform you immediately. Don't worry you're not alone, my 2nd account is stuck here as well, as i said i'm working on it :)

Sorry for the late reply i've been working on it in-game experimenting on different accounts (ways to almost reset the quest system to the portal to operate) it seems that it varies on each account, i've managed to get it work correctly on several and on other it's failed as normal. It's very frustrating, it's nice that you would say that and have the same view of helping each other, i would like it very much if we could keep in contact and share any fixes or other issues we encounter my friend.

Blaming Forum Moderators really won't get you anywhere, we can't help you, we're just regular players who happen to police the forums. All issues we see that a large player base is having are reported, such as this one. Once that is done, it is out of our hands.

Never directly blamed forum moderators as they only monitor the forums and have nothing to do with the coding or running of thus game, however it's nice for players to have reassurance via the moderators on any topic, the poll was there because i have right to use the poll system on the forums, the reason it was put there. Please don't mistake what i'm saying for blaming the moderators i'm simply saying commenting on a few posts more regularly isn't very time consuming and does give people confidence in the game even if you just acknowledge the problem and confirm it has been reported, people get very angry when no response is given and tension via the community could very easily be settled if this action was taken, if i offended anyone in the process for whatever reason, then a apology would be in order, if i directly blamed anyone other than tech for the issues a quote on that would be appreciated so i could rectify that.
Not to mention i myself have always stood up for the problems on tynon on their Facebook page, i stick by my firm belief that the abuse tynon received concerning the outage was completely outrageous and i don't believe a compensation package should of been given, not to those demanding one and using abusive language. If the option to not receive the package was offered i would not of taken it, as i thoroughly understood the issue was out of the their hands, and things do happen.
