Hide VIP

Players should have the ability to hide their VIP level to other players. Some players really don't want other to know how much they have spent.

I completely disagree with you.

If your finances should be public, post a copy of your bank statement out in the public. Blot out the account numbers/addresses first though. What you spend your money on is nothing but your OWN business.

If you don't like how the game works, don't play it

Never said i didn't like the game, just posted that VIP# in chat is personal, annoying and an eyesore.

Its very useful for the rest of the server

Paying players have everything going for them in this game.

The server doesn't care how much the player spends outside of their curiosity.

You can size the player up by checking their profile. There you can see detailed statistic about that player's gear, levels, sanctification, runes, and of course their power.

Here is a scenario for you:
You run across a player you have never seen before and want to attack a ship on the Caribbean sea, or even in the wild.

How are you going to know what their VIP level is before you attack them? When you decide whether they are a target by their power, or sometimes by checking their profile.

This 'tool' is redundant. All players are equip with sufficient ingame tools already.

HEY maybe if they took out the VIP tag which is distracting in guild chat they could add a time stamp.. We have been asking for a time stamp since Beta.. maybe that could work.
