As per title, when did this happen? And why remove beginner reward boxes?? I thought they are supposed to help beginners. Do you guys have beginner rewards as well? Or is it just a bug?? =.=

I believe its a bug, its the same with me as well, I don't have one
So whats gonna happen to us lol. When its fixed do we still get the rewards? Cos i heard there are many gems to get from beginner's rewards. It sucks to miss out on all those zzz
If you have played the game for more than 7 days, the Beginners Rewards expire and disappear from your inventory.
I just started a new account today D: So it's technically my first day here =.=
Tried refreshing, cache clearing etc.? It might help so worth giving it a try if you haven't already.Quote:

i lost one of the rewards for lvl 45 because i handed in the day 7 one , numerous people have claimed they was able to hand in the quests after it had expired up to 2 days later
Morgan, what about level 30,40,50 etc rewards? Those gifts disappeared for me as well... after I got the level 50 box, I saw level 60 rewards, then the next day they were gone. Do you know if this is a bug as well? Or they just removed them completely?Quote:

As for Beginners Awards. After each gift unlocks, you have 24 hours to complete the required quest before it expires. After that it is unclaimable.
I still have 2 more hours to complite day 7 award, but no awards icon...
