Customer support area.

Tynon has been live long enough, yet there is no actually customer service area. There is an area for billing support but no customer support. Forums isn't a place for customer support either. All you have watching forums is some volunteers who thing they are special and do what ever they want to posts so people don't get a bad impression. This isn't a way to treat customers that spend $100s or $1000s on this game. I am making a request for a customer service section to be inplace.

Customer service and billing support is the samething, it's just not clear.
