Lost my character my lvl was 53 and i had 1.27m powers..got disconnected when try to login, New character appear.
Same here. I think someone was trying to be helpful, but ended up freaking many of us out.
Log in with a new character and your old one comes back. Not sure what just happened, but all appears good.
this issue just happened to me...irratating and whats werse, is no notice, warning or even explanation....makes one wonder whats going on. Better question is does it get fixed??

guys dont panic just make random name and the classyou had and it will come back
I heard they are going to give you 500 gems per person or otherwise they will give you a refund... anyone else hear about this?
Same thing is happening to my game.....
I have just refreshed, and I am now looking at the Character creation screen, what is going on. I was only just playing. I have to refresh often as a guild host, I need to see the up to date members information, since it doesnt automatically update.
Accounts are NOT erased. If you reload, logon, refresh you will be directed to the character creation menu, this is a glitch, create a new character, once you do this you will be redirected back to the regular loading menu and you will see your original character sitting there waiting for you.
THERE ARE NO GEMS BEING GIVEN OUT RELATED TO THIS GLITCH!
If you guys believe that then I have a bridge I would like to sell you.
OK, now someone is saying a worm infection is likely. Are they messing with us or honest?

Okay guys, yes, they're right. Creating a new character will get you back in game like normal. I tried it myself and so did a few of members here and also some from my guild. Good luck :) and please post if this works but it might not give it back. It was just a SUGGESTION. Use it as your own risk.

OK guys, i have puted huge effort into my hero and JUST CREATED NEW CHARACTER in the same server where i had old one - MY OLD ONE REAPPEARED.

I just refreshed and tried to log in and my old character reappeared, so they've fixed it, or in the process of fixing it, thanks forum mods
UPDATE
After choosing create new character, It took me into my existing account, and after another refresh, it no longer took me to character creation screen. So far it seems this works.
Right now our community manager is checking with the tech team to fix this, please stay tuned!
I am missing my beginner rewards, however.

Close out your browser, log out of Tynon fully, refresh, then log back in and try from there.
Sorry for the hiccup. Should be fixed now. Nothing was lost or deleted. Just refresh and you should be good to go.
Beginner rewards time out on day 7 if they are not completed by then. The beginner rewards do not reappear after they time out. Was this what happened? If it did then sorry but it's not going to come back.Quote:
