well that's probably why they have issues with customer retention. I mean there are glitches but why is it ones that take away items that were paid for with real money.

hey boroeast. good to see you again. I did contact billing support. Here's what they said. I file a claim at 11:30 am telling them I got disconnected when I had 401 gems. After the refresh I was left with 51 gems. Hence I filed my claim and stated my case. Tynon's response was documentation that at 12:04pm I spent my gems on equipment upgrade. @ 12:10pm I spent more on equipment upgrade then at 8:20pm I spent more gems. Tynon is not bright enough to look at the correct times to see what had happened but tried to lay the blame on me that I spent 350 gems. Now anyone with common sense to gameplay will no that upgrading to speed up the time will deduct gems but 3 times does not equate 350 gems. And for them to copy and paste their "investigation" clearly shows the timestamp way after my complaint time. You would think they would look within a certain time frame most likely prior. But since they can't seem to add up the gems lost or explain why, I will have to request a chargeback and quit the game. I just don't see the point of playing any further and putting more money if this is the response they give. I'd rather retrieve my cost and if i can't get all of it back which within 90 days is much easier than put more money only to see this same process later.
Tynon just got disconnected from me about 5 minutes ago and when I refreshed I lost 350 gems. I didn't do anything prior to that when it froze so I do not understand how that many gems can disappear.
there is my mail with them and look at the time stamps I was referring to. Now can anyone show me how I can spend 350 gems in upgrading equipment in 3 transactions "after the fact"?????

I went to Paypal to get my money back, because they keep doing things like this and costing me Gems and Credits.

You need to send a ticket on this to billing support. Did you refresh and they poofed away, or did they just vanish during game play?
Go to Tynon main page and select Billing Support from tabs. Submit a "request". And you will nee more info than this for them to be able or willing to look into it. This thread: http://bbs.tynon.com/showthread.php?...y-report-a-bug shows what you should try to put in a bug report here or a "request" (ticket) to Billing Support.
