the fact that baal/Cerberus can't be reset just shows how terrible some of this game was put together. There is no reason why they couldn't be implemented to be reset in events like this. And how has this problem not been fixed, server always crashes right before or during one of these fights a few times or more a week on each server. I don't understand why you don't fix the underlying cause instead of just getting the server back online, and then doing nothing to prevent it from happening in the future.
This game has the most unstable servers I have ever seen. It's a shame because the game could be really good if a few things were fixed / re designed.
Why doesn't Tynon take the servers completely down, fix the issues, then bring the servers back up once everything is fixed?
If they're that useless.. Why play their games in the 1st place?
I'm VIP lvl 3, I've spent gems on baal and then got booted, I shrugged it off and vowed not to waste them again.. I wait to do my boosts until after. It's a server issue, it's something that happens to every site now and then. They don't excuatly control it.. Servers do what they want when they want. So chill out.
I would settle for a "gold" hero or whatever to make up for some of my Gems spent (that I bought) and some of my money back for them saying this was the players fault when it happens. They can not even admit they have issues on how they respond to people or how they run the game, they push it off on "Internet Hick ups" and Player error...
For compensation I would like 10 each of every jewel,make those Level 30 jewels.Oh and all the Hero cards.Thank you.
Very true. Server issues happen to every site NOW and THEN, or in different terms; once in a while. They just have the unusual consistency in it. In regards to why playing their games at all: Their games are pretty enjoyable while they are working, as well as communicating with the different people.

Evony servers also experienced issues the same time the Tynon servers went loco
This leads me to say that this is not a server issue but a datacenter problem
Why doesn't Tynon invest in a good datacenter?
The one they are currently using right now, FiberHub, just doesn't cut it.
Please fix our battle issues or refund us the things we spent today...this is not fair to anyone who is an avid player...

I love how a staff member posts, gives us no specific information, doesnt apologize for what is going on on behalf of Tynon, and doesn't provide any solutions/answers to peoples concerns about their money.

Would you rather have 100 people making 100 different thread, and keeping up with those 100 threads? Or would you rather have 1 thread, with multi replies, making it easier for people to see what is going on in one single thread, also making it a group discussion to argue and give opinions.

I kinda agree to merge some of the threads, there were like 10 all about the same issue but then there were like 10 about another issue

and the other is the servers that crshed on GWF
The mods are just people and doing their best. DOnt bash them for trying. Feel free to point out if they are rude or disrespectful or abuse their powers in a pm to say dawn or davemata
I can tell y'all in a semi-official way, that Tynon are aware of the problems and are currently working on it.
I don't have to keep up with all those threads. I was content keeping up with the thread I was originally posting in.
At least this time they didn't blame us like they do from time to time. But they think, in their little world, that just posting is enough to make it all better. I wonder if it works on them when they call Tech Support or something with issues "Oh, thanks for calling, yes there is an issue, but we think it's your fault, and well no you get no refund for anything lost, but we will see about correcting later issues, maybe"
I'd rather have it separate. To instead look like a thought out thread not full of total rants/gibberish/nonsense, which is what the outcome is when combining who knows how many 'threads' into one.
This gives them the ability to say some crap along the lines of 'instead of ranting why not make a constructive thread for us to reply to'

We are having same spam issue on Hammer of Thor. and the apos issue started last night maybe should have posted then but wasnt messing with my game just confusing the tar out of me.. So yeah Hammer of Thor is stranded.. we have players trying to get in and when they do no power... no heroes.. is like server crashed only for them to be reset.. had this happen about 2 weeks ago.. took a long time to fix.. spent 60 gems on a hero card i wont get now because when i get logged back in it will have vanished in the mist and my gems will have been for naught..
You should give people a heads up when you KNOW this is gonna happen. Thats the least you could do.
I kind of agree with you there (except from how you put it and how you insulted someone that just took time out of their day to reply to us)
Whenever they DO have a big problem they are working on, they should reply with at least some explanation, an apology and at least a time frame to give us an idea of WHEN things will be back up and running again. (Not compensation announcement because not everybody should get the same compensation. Some people spent gems, but not everyone did)
I rather they take down the entire server, fix it and bring it back up. But... I guess costumer support isn't their specialty.

Nothing is being freaking fixed in this game you know. They just temporarily solve a problem and the same one just shows up again later...
I've just worked for companies like this before (meaning in the browser gaming world) and they did have issues also. The difference was that they had community managers and a player staff that were well informed and spoke with the players. Its also just more frustrating because it is stuff that happens every day. I actually have a support ticket out from a bug that happened to my account that lost me about 50 gems and 750k coin from earlier in the day.
Cant even make it to the next day without another bug that costs me gems, coins, rep, and credits.
