ok i see massages that some realms were able to complete baal, when i got in i had no option for baal and got no rewards for baal, even though before crash I was in top 10 and am usually competitive enough to be in top 10
That gives some poeple an unfair advantage
The servers are back online now. We've reset Baal to start again on East servers in about 17 minutes at 5pm local time. Thanks!
what about the gems and credits i lost trying to fight him the first time
SO water realm on server 1 showed an announcement around 4:15EST that someone defeated ball and won the 10m coins
then about an hour later with the new MINI baal the same person got them again form water realm.
So it looks like water realm got 2 baals.
That is unfair to the rest of the server for them to get double rewards

Billing says they wont refund - so paypal/credit card chargeback is only answer. WE paid for vip benefits based on an understanding this game was out of beta and solid. Played this game for 7 days and had nothing but problems - my opinion this games is misrepresented and is close to fraudulent in it's claims of being out of beta and being a respectful game. All monies should be returned and this game should go back to beta till you fix things and post proper notices that this game is glitch and you may lose any virtual goods payed for due to being unreliable

this game is getting really pathetic... and furthermore, the compensations are pathetic, then same problems happen again just a few hours after... what is this kind of entertainent?? I want my money back... This is not worth it..
