Try clearing out your cache and refreshing. Hopefully that will fix the problem.

I keep getting on an seeing error # then a bunch of numbers....
Ahh sounds you've hit a glitch. Try reporting it through Customer Support (billing support). Tell them what errors codes you getting.
I don't work for Tynon so I can't do much else but hopefully they'll fix it before Sunday night.
if would be nice if people who were working for tynon actually watched the forums though
I am also having a problem with heavens palace. If the forum moderators dont have the ability to put a red ticket in to Tynon to alert them of numerous complaints maybe Tynon needs to give them this ability. It is easier to get my husband off the couch on a sunday than it is to getting an answer from customer service :)
The main reasons for our inability to deal with in game issues is we're players like you. I'm sure you appreciate that there is potential for that not ending well.
The main reasons are:
- Data protection. Tynon employees will never ask for personal details such as account information. Since we aren't employees we aren't bound by those laws which are designed to protect your privacy
- There are a lot of players in Tynon. Although not everyone has in game problems, trying to pass on tickets for everyone would be impossible. Most players with concerns wouldn't get their issues dealt with. Something I would hate to see
Hopefully that helps clarify why we can't deal with CS tickets.
I was a forum moderator for another game and we where allowed to send in tickets. We also had guides to help answer questions. Honestly there is nothing stopping you from asking a player for their info in a pm. How being able to submit a complaint ticket affects that im not sure.
This isn't that other game that you moderated for. We are not going to ask for anyone's personal information. We pass along information to Tynon Staff in our own ways to help the players, but as it has been said many times before things in the Forums can become overlooked because it is not necessarily the best route to take. If you have a serious issue that needs to be dealt with by staff, please visit www.tynon.support.ucool.com and submit a help ticket.
Noone is asking you to ask for personal info that was the other moderators take on it...geez i am talking about submitting tickets on glitches and such. What is so difficult about submitting tickets when 4 or 5 players come on with the same glitch? Please dont tell me to contact customer service its useless. Thankfully for players that come to the forum to help each other because we get zilch from paid or unpaid employees.
I am sorry but I am sure that this is called Beta Technical support so there for Tynon Employees should be monitoring this. I understand you (Moderators) can not do anything but tynon should sort out their ****
