It's happening on Server 3, Hammer of Thor, as well. iDeadly has taken 2 level 4 cities and will be taking our third tonight. This really needs to be fixed ASAP.

I see on beta devs implemented a Naval Battles in Caribbean Pirates ... as if that was needed but time to answer us is there not it seams. :(
still no answer? I am gonna assume its worthless to level up to 5 then.. We're halfway there but whats the point? The buffs don't work anyway -_-

Okay this is now day #4 of the Level 4 city bonuses not working from Guild Wars. There are literally hundreds of people who spent thousands of dollars to get to these specific rewards and not only isn't it working but there has been zero replies from Tynon. This is completely unacceptable. I feel that once you fix this and implement it on the live servers that you need to reimburse every player that is in a guild that has captured level four cities. I am on day 3 of not receiving the bonus from the first city, day two from the second and day 1 now for the third city. This would add up to a considerable amount of coins and creds considering I am level 63.
So please be kind enough to:
1) At least have the common courtesy to inform people you even know about the problem and are working on it.
2) Provide some level of time estimate on when it might be fixed & implemented
3) Share some ideas of what you considering in terms of compensation for all of the lost rewards we failed to receive.
Please start improving your customer service.

Can claim from stone, but the amount isn't deducted from the Stone. When I try to use the coins, I get some kind of asset error and it forces me to refresh. When I refresh, all coins are gone and P.Stone is still full.
They fixed it only to make a bigger mess as it seams i cant even have a normal cerberus or baal anymore it wont load giving me error codes map something please reload etc with all diff numbers running around error codes look like this.

i claimed and been to rune temple already.
This is getting out of hand people really at least an enormous amount of a package is needing to go towards all the people that are having all the problems all those days with the level 4 bonus and now with all this.
now the game wont load it give this

i claimed went to rune temple and it loaded my quest continuation throwing me out of rune temple and freezing on the loading battle screen of a quest boss really :( it is supposed to be out of beta and live. i would consider such problems to be normal for a beta test but not a live game since there is still a beta server to test new patches if needed before throwing them into the live server.
same here now too i really hope i don't see any runes / gear /emeralds vanishing too not to mention credits / coins / gems
even my ciarra with a successful star level up today to 5 got down to 3 after refresh and my medals where gone too.
If you want someone to spend money on your online game since this is the main goal for any online game company don't throw him all that stuff in hes way that's not a good marketing policy.
And now we get the error 502 Bad Gateway. Nicely done very nicely done in the primetime gamers are online :( at least for the EU server

It worked for the free shrine and 1st claim on p.stone, now shrine is back to no bonus, no bonus on monsters, and no bonus form p.stone what a crock of ****
