[BUG REPORT] Ruine Temple Not Available at all

5- Description: The Rune Temple button is not and has not ever been visible for me, I simply can not access this feature. At first I thought it was a "My caricature level" thing but others below me are being awarded runes all of the time. I purchased Gems to upgraded to VIP1 because your website say's one of the advantages at VIP1
"3. You can spend gems to summon an advanced rune-keeper once per day"

That didn't work so I claimed the VIP2 benefits because your website say's one of the advantages at VIP2:
"2. You can spend gems to summon an advanced rune-keeper twice per day"

That didn't work so I claimed the VIP3 because your website say's one of the advantages at VIP2:
"3. You can spend gems to summon an advanced rune-keeper up to 5 times per day"

Also in the small Chat box located on the bottom left side of the screen I can click on any players name that is underlined and have the options of Check Profile, Add Friend, Whisper, Send Mail or Block.

Actually I can click on any thing underlined and it will pull up something like [Recruit] pulls up the Heaven Tavern player choices. But when I mouse over the Rune Temple which is underlined in the chat box I get nothing.

6- Summary: Simply put the Rune Temple is not available to myself and several others which have posted in this forum. While this game is fun and addicting, once you pay for a feature and it isn't awarded to you it is time to contact the customer service - tech people which is what I am doing here first before additional options available to me have to be taken.

OK So I click on Heavens Tavern and come up with 4 different Blue Players. Anyway I shuffle and click on Ottar one of them, now as a VIP3 it is my understanding that per your instructions: "After Shuffling you can flip over one card. VIP 3 Players can flip over two cards. and VIP 5 players can flip three cards." so I try to flip over a second card and the Heavens Tavern wants to charge me Gems to do it??? Why??? I'm a VIP3....

This is the second bug I have found...................

Up until now the most I have ever paid for a game in my life was $19.95 and it was on a CD which I loaded in my computer.....

Soon if these are not fixed I will be listing an item not as described complaint with Paypal and arrange to get my money back under the stipulation that you did not honor your own USER AGREEMENT:

i would post your payment history on forums go to tynon.com -> billing support tab

I think dawn posted a thread somewhere saying rune temple is fixed and should be available in a couple days? but i would edit your thread and take out your payment history away from public ;)

1. This thread is for the Rune Temple NOT Heaven Tavern.

2. Without the appropriate VIP Level AND Gems you cannot flip more than 1 card in the tavern, it explicitly states in the VIP Description that you can flip additional cards by using gems.

flipping over 2nd card cost 10 gems
advanced rune keeper cost 200 gems

OK I'll buy the flipping thing, but I still do not nor ever have had the ability to see or visit the rune temple, so explain that?

Becalvert, any chance you went to the billing support page and submitted a ticket? Even though it says it's for billing support you can submit a ticket there for any issue. It might be a faster way to get them to notice you are having this problem. If you already did then I really don't have anything else to offer since I am not a developer for this game :S

Thank You Rednaz, Report submitted. Hopefully it will stop a ton of people complaining about a situation that should be available to all members, not just the one's like my self whom would like to enjoy and support this game as long as it is fair for everyone.

Nice but I happen to run several websites myself including an interactive forum, once something is fixed there is no telling my members it will be available in a couple of days because once it is fixed it is done and history so the problem goes away. This is the internet not pony express, The statement your referring to is nonsense after all why would it take a couple of days to show up? In today's technology were dealing with server's that take nano seconds to update, not a couple of days.
