How to report lost items
Moderator, please make this a sticky.
Posting in the forum will not get you results when you have lost items. This is the procedure to follow (originally posted by mattp169).
By lost items I mean:
- Lost gems,credits,coins
- lost hero card (not during a failed upgrade, that is normal)
- lost runes
- lost bonuses
- lost stars(not during a failed upgrade, that is normal)
You should go to www.tynon.com
- Log in to your account
- Click Billing Support tab
- And submit a request.
In the request
- Make sure you are polite and courteous in your message.
- Explain the problem thoroughly.
- The approximate date and time that it happened is needed so that they can research the problem in the game logs. If you do not know when it happen give the date and time when you know the items were there and when you noticed they were gone.
Give them 24 hours to respond. If 24 hours goes by and you don't see anything new in your support ticket, drop them a friendly reminder that you are still awaiting a response to your issue.
