for the past three days, my power has been showing roughly about 300k less than my actual power, and it appears to only affect this server... Wonder where the hiccup is?
It happens to me at times usually when I am adjusting equipment, runes, or changing the heroes that are in the formation. When it happens I take one hero out of the formation and put him back in and the Power is now correct. Other people have said that taking a rune off each hero and putting it back on also works.

I loose my power everyday if I uppgr my gear and runes and i gain power they take it me from when i refresh again lost 600k in 1 week and I actually think they want me to quit playing lol well i will least i cant play it like this
I have noticed if you complete the 5th piece of guard or iron heart gear what happens is this
It gives you the bonus of having 6 pc gear instead of 5. Then you refresh it fixes the set bonuses and gives you the correct power
which is 100k or more less then it showed before
I just sent a ticket in about this recently and It was forwarded to the bug "dept"
It happens to me for more than gear unfortunately. Anytime I do something that adds power, a refresh will negatively impact the power earned, sometimes lower than the original power before the change/upgrade. I did a pretty massive gear/talent upgrade yesterday for ThorsDay and was very disapointed at the actual amount of power that was earned after everything was done and a refresh was actually forced, due to a disconnect. I'm not sure if my actual power is being displayed. Hopefully they figure that one out.

So about 12 hours after this post I have lost over another 100k power on refreshing, and it's not coming back. If this keeps up, I'll drop a rank. There's nothing like spending 1700 gems to go three steps forward, two steps back lol *Fingers Crossed*

how do you send a ticket in? as i need the dev's or some one from live feed if there is such a person! or some one to look at my game as there are a lot of things going wrong in it lately sori i know this is not the right place for this
Go to the Tynon main page, Tynon.com and click on Billing support. Yes, we know, your issue isn't about billing support. It doesn't have to be. Just leave the first couple of text forms empty and use the subject heading and msg body and submit your problem or issue. You will get an Email confirmation immediately and another email notification when they respond. Good luck.Quote:

If it bugs you, you can refresh to fix your displayed power. But it won't affect combat in any case, so there's no need.

If you have 4 IH pieces and 1 guard and 1 champ spirit. Then upgrade the guard to IH. The power display will show the power increase as if you just upgraded to 6pc ih. In hero tab you can highlight the champ spirit and it will not highlight the 6pc or 5pc bonus. If you hover over one of the 5 ih gear it will highligh the 6pc bonus is in effect. Then you can enter battle and receive the 6pc IH bonus until you refresh After refresh everything is corrected.
