i just logged in and all my runes have been combined into one. when will u do something?
The question I have to ask is did you share your details with anyone? You can of course fill in a customer request form at billing support (Customer Support) but if you have allowed your keys to be shared then the onous is on you to fix it. CS will look into it as a matter of courtesy.
Your details are yours to protect and your responsibility. In your password use mixture of punctuation and numbers so its harder to guess. Never share your details with anyone and if you, change your password immediately.
That's the best advice I can give you.
i waited 1 day for that responce. now i will wait one more day. why even have this forum if nothing can be done here

I'm pleased for you that Tynon are going to help you out. I know back in Evony so many players shared details and were often tricked into allowing others gaining their details, they stopped fixing accounts.
Now I want to explain something. You have not been "hacked", someone had gotten hold of your details, accessed your account and sabotaged it. To hack a MMOprg like this would need an army of experienced hackers and everyone's accounts would have been affected. They won't track the culprit down because you probably already know or suspect who it was.
Hopefully others will take more care of their account details. It's surprising how many are malioious enough to destroy other people's accounts.

Anyone else have access to your computer? Did you save your pass? Have you checked for hijack rubbish on your computer? Did you try to download a bot/cheatthingy whatever?
Clean up your pc, get proper protection, don't give anyone your pass and don't save it. And you should be fine.
