TYNON customer/technical support Worst in all online gaming/ time to back charge $$$

I gave you peeps at tynon many chances to resolve my issues and as normal for tynon I get completely ignored. Tynon customer and technical support has to be the absolute without a shadow of any doubt what so ever the worst of all online gaming.
I have contacted you several times about my missing shayd card and the over 6 mil in credit associated with that.
I have contacted you several times about my 2 missing saffron cards and the 12 plus million in credit associated with that.
I am missing an additional 10 million coin, 4 million credit and 2k reputation.
I purchased gems to be able to buy the credit in order to win these items and you failed to deliver after I won and paid for them. You also decided I wasn't wanted as a customer by ignoring every attempt I have made to get this resolved. You also failed to disclose to players that this game was beginning beta at best.
I understand a game will have bugs to be worked out and can even overlook the fact that this game has more bugs/glitches/issues than any game I have ever played. What I can't overlook is the complete lack of response from technical and customer support over the past month on the multiple attempts to get this resolved.
