Are missions suppose to use stamina?

No it gets taken when you enter the portal that leads to the dungeon

What dungeon? I feel like such a noob. I made this thread because I noticed that I can't go a day on these new servers without losing all my stamina. But on my main server I did one and never lost any stamina

Is the portal that pops up, but literally a dungeon is like a strong underground prison cell.
