Guild host problems

Dear Tynon,

Our Guild Host has quit. Futhermore we have not heard from our only vice host in some time.

We would not mention this except that we are reasonably successful and do not want to restart the guild from scratch simply because the host bailed and did not make enough vice hosts.

We are the #1 guild on our realm by cities and growing. But we may not be able to bid on any more guild wars!

Please transfer the host to me. I will have the other active members signal thier support in the thread.

I am a VIP3. I would like to think the game is worth further investment.

I am Scea in the same guild <Sol>. Our host has been gone 24 days, our vice host has been gone for 1 day, but we still would like to resolve the host issue and make StarRyder the Host of our guild. I am a VIP4 and think if the guild is saved I will be spending more, if not, I have invested far to much into the guild to start over. Thank you

edit: they say impossible...rules are there but they shouldn't be black and white as situations can be different and customer satisfaction should be higher on the list...unfortunately, that is probably not an option either

I am Sif of Sol guild, Vip3. We need to be able to fix this to be able to continue growing as a guild. We can not even accept new applicants because of the current situation. Millian had expressed unhappiness with bugs and was quiting and has not since reappeared in game and no way of communicating outside of the game. Please help us in this situation.

I am Ovarian VIP7 and we need help. Our host has apparently quit and the vice host is probably on the way out. I request the host be changed to StarRyder and we be allowed 2 vice hosts until our changes are resolved. If we can do this I will continue but being handicapped by the host problems, I can find others places to spend my money. Thanks for your help!

'm curious what they will say as we kinda have the same issue.Our host has gone mia. starting all over well.. we'd rather not.
But i don't think they will remove/switch hosts. i never seen them do anything like this in other games.

Unfortunately unless someone can get in contact with your missing host then it's impossible to change to someone new.

Sadly it's common that someone starts a guild up, recruits and gets bored, leaving his/her guild hanging in the lurch. They simply don't bother to give the host up before they depart. Extra annoying as they are the only ones who can change the host.

You guys basically have 3 options:

-Manage with one VH
-Disband and join another guild
-Disband and reform as a new guild

I know all your contributions will be lost on the last two options but honestly those are the only choices available to you.

Try going to www.tynon.com select Billing Support and submit a request. I know that it is stretching the definition of Billing Support but that is the best way to get this resolved.

I am 1337Topshot of the guild SOL like it has been stated before in the previous threads we are basically a immobile guild and I'd like to experience this game to the fullest, but i cant do that with the inactivity of our current host and vice-host, and the reason we don't just switch guilds is because we've all made huge contributions to this guild and I'd hate to see a level 4 guild get disbanded because of a small problem. Also I personally don't have VIP; I'd like to purchase VIP, but how can I consider investing in a game that continues to have re-occurring issues. Please aid us in our time of need.

Thank you for the quick response.

I understand that the game provides no mechanism to remove our own guild host and acknowledge the options that you enumerated.

However, as you say, a missing Guild Host is common. Therefore there ought to be such a mechanism in order for me to entrust more of my entertainment dollars to this excellent game. If this is WAD, then it is an impediment to spending.

But while we are waiting for what I think would be a great improvement, I was hoping that Tynon could equip us with a new host.

Or vice host since there is that option and surely someone has the power to do that as they have the power to eject people.
