Fair warning screen gone

I must have at some point clicked "don't show this window ever again" after purchasing something in the fair. Now I don't have it and I've already accidentally bought bought rep twice. I know I'm going to accidentally buy something and blow all my gems but I can't find a way to return the warning message.

If anyone knows how I can resolve this I'd appreciate the advice!

In another tread they suggested to delete the Tynon cookies but I do not know if that would work or what other consequences it would have.

That does not work for me.

Tried that too Luda.

And it happened 152 gems for a level 4 saphire... gems well spent...

I was using firefox, I switched to chrome and I have the warning screen on that browser. Wish I had figured that out before I messed up XD
