Me and some other people from the server did not received the ragnarok rewards....
It happened again today, I have a screenshot of the results....
Ragnarok hates me, can someone from support please reply to this thread?

Same thing happen to me the last 2 days
I never received any reward for participating in this thing. I wasted all my credit on this.
Just had same issue on the server 14... wasted cred/gems on boosting and 0 reward... any fix for this issue.. would be nice jsut too see a GM actually reply too this
Server 29. Same issue. Can we please have someone respond? Even if only to say "we are aware of the problem...", that would be nicer (and more professionally appropriate) than just leaving us in the dark.

Got the rewards today, but not the first 2 days, today it came 5 hours late....
