Quest Transition Fog

When navigating to a quest using the menu link (disappearing menu, right side) the navigation happens but the transition fog never leaves (can barely see the action through the fog).
Windows 7, IE 9, Shockwave Flash Version 11.8.800.94.
The net effect is that any portion of the game using the fog for transition becomes unplayable.

Until they fix it go to the highest that the Portal will let you go to and when you get there click on the menu link and you will auto-quest.
