Why don't we have Light & Dark realms?

Torch of Prometheus, does not have Light or Dark realms and apparently servers are full? Well maybe if you actually added all 5 realms, that might help spread population lol? Just curious as to why we don't have them.
Not to mention we have over 100 pages of players that are below 2k power and i'm 98% sure don't even use their character.
Little disappointing if i'm honest, i'll submit a ticket now requesting information regarding the miss realms, however i was curious of other's views and opinions on why we don't have them etc.
