Lost in Tynon's Limbo

Clicked on Cerberus tab to fight...disconnected from server...came back in....missing 5 gems...missing newly claimed arena awards...missing all my heros...missing my guild...no power, no cerb tab, no arena tab.....
Really??? Please fix this and give me my stuff back.
