This is browser game, and it has nothing to do with WOW.
Completely two different games.
Btw. buying stamina with gems is waste.
What's a waste is not giving your users enough stamina to play the game. I didnt use gems to buy much stam. A game is a game to me, standing around sucks no matter how you end up doing it.

As already said, if you learn to ration it correctly, you will always have plenty.
This is the best part about working long shifts with this game. I work 12 hours I regain 72 stam. I do nothing while I work other than train and bosses. When I get home I have plenty of stamina to play about with. Like previous comments learn how to use stam to its full potential and if low go farm players.
