All runes gone

Game was lagging, was powering down hero so I took gear off and runes to bait people to hit me. Refreshed and my level 9 vitality rune, level 7 righteousness rune, level 9 critical, and level 8 flintiness rune are all gone. The only rune i'm left with is a level 10 Vengence which I already had so they didn't merge, aren't on any other heroes and are not in my inventory, wtf? Sent in support ticket. Sometimes when I load game the runes would be glowing with no name on them, but this is the first time I can't find them them as they are 100% gone.

All of my main heroes runes were sitting in inventory when i refreshed, when I came back 1 rune is left I'm not sure what the experience was on the rune that is still there, it's a level 10 so I didn't plan on upgrading it anytime soon. I try to write customer support and when i submit says the page isn't found!!! I finish first on baal and cerb and it tells me i got rank 4th or 7th and gives me my actual prizes after refresh i don't mind stuff like that, but for all my runes to just disappear just destroys my game, I lost about 500k power. Checked every character to see if for whatever reason they were moved, but they are infact gone. Maybe the game didn't recognize me taking off runes and they just disappeared upon refresh except for the last one I moved to inventory I have no Idea.

I have also had similar issues with taking equipment off and getting an arena prize so not all equipment would be there until after a few refreshes, but literally all my main hero runes are just gone.

I'm 60k rep ahead of number 2 rep player on server, I sure didn't get there with 0 or 1 rune.

Sent message to dawn and customer support. I'm not sure how I can show what runes I had, just screen shotted what my power was in rankings and power now. If anyone has any ideas what else I can do please let me know. There is no way i'm starting over with runes I spent too much time and money on what I have. Has anyone had runes disappear until server reset or something? Any kind of encouragement would be great at this point because i'm about to lose it.

280k i think it took 230k to 260k to just to get the level 10 veng so it didn't merge them. My other runes were very high. I 100% didn't select to merge anything. I literally sunk a boat, unequipped armor, moved my 5 runes into inventory, changed my formation to 1 and refreshed. The game has done something not me and it looks like they just flat out dissappeared

Legolas is a friend of mine and I have seen his runes, I have seen the massive amount of power and gawked many times at the runes he had. Now when I look, I do not see anything but his level 10 vengance rune on his heros. Hopefully this can be fixed and help him.... because if this happens to me. I will rage-quit with a legit excuse, especially spending money on my account!

That was actually a very fast reply to my ticket, hopefully everything will soon, will keep this updated.

Hope to see you back at full power soon Legolas, wouldn't wish this upon anyone. (except for maybe one we both know and love to hate on Fire realm)

Thought my critical rune might have returned but nope, nameless and rune with no level instead...

Still nothing from customer service and i've been disconnected 6 times during cerb. Battle keeps freezing at 9% and scared to refresh to see what further damage will be done.

Finshed 2nd in ball and says i got 7th, had to refresh to get reward for killing him and actual 2nd place rewards. Trying not to rage quit at this point, but if this isn't going to be fixed soon (my runes) I would like a refund.

Thanks everyone for all the support........ still no replacement of runes and no word back from customer service since they said they would look into it and replace them. No defeating heaven's palace for me, blah. Will update on what happens.

money back...i don't see that happening Legolas....

I don't forsee any refunds being handed out.....
