IF the server is full why do they only have 3 realms

I hate to point this out but your players are repeatedly telling you that our servers are NOT full no matter what your data seems to think. In particular since all servers are supposed to have 5 realms & most only have 3 obviously they are not full. Server 22 has maybe 100 active people on it & yet server 45 is opening????? please actually fill your existing servers before opening anymore . . .people that log in look around & leave ARE NOT active. somewhere along the way your data is flawed or someone is not reading it properly. at the rate you are going you will cause a massive number of charge-backs & then where will you be?
