I'm mostly running into cloak scarcity, for Hopebringer's. Could have four six-piece bonuses if I just had two more cloaks.
I believe this is all intentional to
A SLow down progress
and
B get us to pay gems to reset HR
And up to now I haven't had MAJOR issues getting my drops
but I would think that making the final 2 bosses that drop cloak and/or relic should not have sword/staff plans. Once you get to Guard plans those bosses are insanely difficult to beat in their own right, and spending time after time hoping you get the right combo of stuns/crits/dodges etc to win slows down progress enough IMO.
Agreed with matt,and also the more difficult you get them as you get yours stars up tends to slow you down a bit,you can see the huge difference between the 1-3.
This IS the slow down process. You aren't supposed to acquire EVERYTHING you want right away. Getting things in this game takes time and it's supposed to be drawn out. I have only gotten one Champ Relic so far and been fighting that boss for about 3 weeks now. Big deal - Deal with it. Get with the program and keep trying, because you need to know that you aren't the only one getting your way every time. Some people may get lucky on a certain set, and others won't. Is just the way the cookie crumbles. :cool:

and i disagree,it shouldnt be that hard and take that long to get your 2nd tiers of armour collected or 3rd,it should grow more difficult the higher the tier you go up by random selection.
I dont think getting everything should be easy. I get this is to slow people down. But it just seems odd to me that I am 1 guard helm away from 5 5pc guard sets, while others who have been playing since Day 1 with me are 10-20 plans off from that. And I did not get one guard plan from WB.
I'm now working on Champion Relics and starting on Guardian plans I don't already have. Champion Relics are being a bit of a pain, only one so far. I probably shouldn't have moved on beyond that boss in the Heroic Realm until I had five Champ Relic recipes, but c'est la vie.
Just for the benefit of my haters, I've got all 5 champ relics.....and 4 Guardian.
