I'm not doing them all at once, it's progressive. I've had nothing but fails an incorrect saint attributes over the past 2 weeks, same with stars. It's like my percentages on everything were sliced to nothing and if i do get a successful saint it's an attribute they can't use with the exception being 1 hp saint of the 16 cards, 8 have been attributes the hero can't use, 7 failed.
Bud, it's made like that so you will give them more $$$$$$$$$ to buy stars. ^^ Please understand Lol.
Which I don't mind, but if my success rate is 5% then tell me it's 5%. Don't tell me it's 90% or 45% when it's not anywhere near that. The saint attributes I already knew was coming since beta, I know my luck and I knew it would be a huge problem as I would be the one getting saint after saint with the magic attacks on physical characters and skill and phys attacks on mages. I was hoping it would be changed, but nope. I realize that everyone gets screwed over but 15/16 fail or wrong attributes along with 12 fails in a row on stars at 45% is just beyond unrealistic. Here is a percentage that is accurate... the percents listed for success rate are 100% false.
Yes ur right, with 12 fails at 50%, there is a mathematical probability of only .024% to fail 12 times in a row. However, the developers do not know how to use math correctly in their calculations, and all of those percentages are fake. This goes for power boosting in any of the events. your so called "80%" boost is really like 200-250%. I could not figure out the formula they use for that boost. When I boost 20%, it goes up about 30%, when I boost 40%, it goes up about 85%, when I use 60% it goes up about 170% and when I use 80% it goes up about 250%. It makes NO sense what's so ever. :)
With that said, it's just they way they made this game, with no math knowledge and/or to trick players into buying more.
Yeah, maybe one day they will list true percentages and people would still spend money, honestly wouldn't change anything. I guess their target market is angry gamblers only instead of people that just enjoy the game and like a little bit of chance. They are just going with the run people into the ground until they are so frustrated they spend big amounts. Maybe it pays off I guess.
:D I do complex algorithms to calculate formulas and generate fractals. Formulas that I sell to games devs at times for things like the sparkly water and waves in the harbor. Because the game devs I sell to can't do that much higher math. But I FAIL at basic algebra. XD
But it does sat "stackable to", so I must assume that each boost is based on power at boost time, and does not go up in a straight line off of your original power. Never bothered to write the numbers down as I boost away. And though people may be right that the percentages are off on the whole game, I still stand by my opinion that the percentages shown for star up probabilities are not based on cumulative tries, but apply to each and every try individually. Maybe changing when you try to up stars? I have been getting consistent ups now on stars right after reset, and by upping each hero in a row so stars are about the same for each one, 'cept my mage and my main, who are 2 stars higher than the rest.
Dude, I feel bad for ya that you have had such crappy luck, but it's a game of chance to some degree, and sometimes you hit a good streak, sometimes you hit a bad one. If it's such a big deal to you and is making your real life (do you have one?) so miserable, quit playing and go back to Farmville.
*smh*
