i have left msgs on the face book page about lost gems more than once and no one from Tynon ever gets back to you I would not mind if they were arena gems but they have been ones I have paid for and now during the noble lady I tell my story and the game tells me I need to refresh 5 times no credits....... whats going on?:confused:
