how come this weak dude getting 1st in boss event, details inside

ok, so heres me (arvven) and that dude. screenshot (below) from arena. as you can see my power doubles him. (and im not just numbers, i ALWAYS beat him in arena)

moreover, he only has cianna, i have shayd too.

during boss event, im boosted to %80 as well. he is not a vip, so it cant be about that. he just cant have enough gems to spam revive instant... so what im missing?

theres one thing though: i was trying to figure out how he is dealing that much damage without power and i just stand and watch by the boss, and he wasnt there one moment and second he just was right on the boss. so, he definitely didnt run to boss. he doesnt seem like waiting the 30 sec cooldown everyone else waiting.

so does he make his guildies attack him or what? and if this is the trick... it really should be fixed. whatever is the trick, it should be fixed. numbers just doesnt add up. he simply doesnt have enough power to beat me and only way he is doing it, he knows something i dont. some kind of exploit, some kind of trick.

easy way to tell if someone is instant reviving... The timer actually works in this manner. There is a 1 minute cooldown from the time your battle starts until you can revive to hit again. If the round goes longer, you have a shorter cooldown. If he is gaining in damage dealt at a faster rate than once a minute, then the player is using instant revive.

As far as the rounds go, I have seen smaller players consistently stay higher up in rank than what their power leads to beleive possible. The main strategy in these events consists of formation, runes and gear sets. If this player is using a well thought out setup then it is definitely possible for him to excel in these events.

PvP strength and Baal damage are not synonymous. Someone can easily be strong in one and not the other.

Power is a rough gauge of a player's total hero strength, but is not too important in Baal. For example, a Vitality rune would give you a great deal of power, but because Baal kills any hero in one hit, it offers no benefit during this encounter, even though your power would be higher while wearing it.

but instant revive is freaking expensive and he is not a vip. first 2 gems, then 4, then 6... didnt look beyond... i dont think it is instant revive.

and i attack him during boss event too, he is not waiting to use uber heroes and awesome runes for boss event. his power was just the same when i attack him during boss event. he had only cianna too, like his usual at arena.

you see, it is just impossible without a trick... even if cianna has 100 moral rune she simply can stun once without shayd and calvin. cuz boss simply will kill all the other heroes until she can stun again.

no, theres something else. but you can always try to explain me, look at his power, look at his heroes, compare to mine and give me a logical explanation and i will call you master of logic and strategy, lol.

i knew someone was going to tell something like power is not everything...

thats why i put screenshots, so u can see his power and mine but also his heroes.

or tell me, whats the big secret and incredible strategy you can do with cianna and two blue mages that cant stun?

sometimes my shayd - cianna stuns boss for about 4-5 rounds, that dude still outdamage me with only those heroes?

the only thing I can think of other than what has been stated is that skill attacks and mage attacks don't raise enemy morale, making Calvin's morale wipe unnecessary.

If he sets his main to get taken out first round (as to not hit and raise morale) and cianna to stun (not raising morale) his mages will attack and continue the low morale on the boss. The boss only gains the morale from his own attacks. Cianna will still get another attack off which will raise it, but not to the thousand strikes level. Doing this should allow him to last down to 2 mages getting wiped after 3 or 4 rounds depending on if cianna's stun is successful. Mages can be crazy consistent on cerb/baal if used correctly.

*Edit* Noticed there were only 4 hero's in each of your lineups. So he is consistently getting down to his last character before thousand strikes, and mehvidian doesn't miss very often and does a lot of damage early on, especially if illuminated mind has been focused on. Catherine misses somewhat, but still hits more often than shayd. Shayd can stun, but because of this has a BASE 33% miss rate, which doesn't include dodge or block misses. Lastly, the last character gets a chance to hit twice in a row before being killed by cerb/baal.

ah, never noticed mages does not raise moral. well, he also has intenseness runes on his mages so that explains.

edit: very nice information. i noticed the last hero attack twice. so %33 is officiall miss rate of shayd? nice to know. thing is, without those intenseness runes i dont think it will work for me, this strategy. guess i just have to get calvin before i can beat that guy. and righteousness too... argh.

other than this game, i never heard such a ridiculous rule. if theres a bug, it has to be reported, for that bug to be reported, you need to use something other than private messages...

and about my attitude... i shared an exploit so im a 13 years old kid. one of these days i will kill all kids in the world so no one will use that fvcking half arsed argument anymore.
