Lost Gems

I have pictures to support everything that I am about to explain. I was at around rank 150 in arena and a 1000 gem stake came up at rank 91...i moved down the ladder to try and acquire these stakes and when i get down to beat him...I clicked the chest I had in top right which was at 00:00 ready to take the gem stake...I clicked the treasure chest so I had an open slot and then fought him and have proof of beating him and that he had the stake...I received a treasure chest afterwords....I would like my 500 GEMS!!! Please get back to me asap...drumrjs@gmail.com I did not wait forever and use my time to get those stakes for no reason...I have played this game for a while and would like an explanation of why this happened...on server 46 then name is uMaDBroz? please message me as soon as you get a chance - thank you.

Good luck with that. You can submit a ticket to billing support about it, but don't hold your breath waiting for a positive response. You are sure you beat him and had the gem stake in one of the lower defending stakes slots? And sure they did not come back and take them back from you? And sure no one challenged you while defending them and took the stake from you? If the original owner of the stake is high VIP and was on, their auto-collect may have overridden your taking the stakes. Seen that happen a few times. Haad it and the other situations happen to me a few times. Good luck trying to get those gems back. Not likely to happen. *shrugs*
