I posted this in the tech support area but this seems more pertinent. I got stuck on the loading battle with Cerberus and was unable to get back to it as it was ending. I'm hardly a high powered and savvy player, but I did think wasting an hour of my life, I'd get some kind of reward. Nothing.
I've been on two computers running different operating systems. I've tried Opera and Chrome in both. I've cleared every cache on every browser. I continue to be stuck at 100% on server 54.
I just started playing this game and after it ran fine all day yesterday, I decided to upgrade for a few bucks to support the game. Now all day today, I've had this problem. Is this going to be the typical experience? If so, please just tell me now so I can cut my losses and move on.
Please fix the log in issues and compensate us for the amoutn of rep and coins/cred we lost this is absurd

Server 4, been battling for 2 hours now
I am able to log in on certain accounts, but I am unable to log on water realm on server 48. I have tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), and nothing is working. Again, other accounts/servers work fine, but not water realm 48.
same thing in 36 with me too!!!
Server 26, been happening since yesterday during warfare, which could have costed us a city, since I am host and was leading the defense, happened to me several times since, what is the point of making a game and not let us play? I am seriously considering quitting this game over this, it is beyond annoying, please get your sheet together and start working on this~

We're working on this issue. Trying to figure out why only some players are affected.
I got back in - then went into Baal - did some battles and then it got stuck on Loading Battle 9%
Refreshed and can't get back in
Same as StarHunter. I got back in for a total of 2 minutes. Got stuck after 1 round of Baal combat with that "loading battle" screen and refreshed. Now I can't get back in again.
Same here, it finally let me log in for just enough time to spend all my credits on boss fight, get in first place, then freeze battle at 9% while i watch everyone pass me, if i refresh it just sticks at 100%. Kudos for an entire day wasted and going down in credits yay. I'm now stuck at the circle where it still says loading boss fight at 9% and can't move. If i refresh I know I can't get back in so I guess I'll just sit here and think about my credits spent and what items I would have got if the game worked properly.
Now it says it seems like a Network problem, so refresh your Browser

Get to log on shortly every 20 min or so, when I try to fight this happens.
So, I will try to do my best to help, by explaining what I noticed about this bug:
1. If something goes bad in game, it locks you out until :01 minutes of the next hour, we always had bugs, but they only started locking me out since yesterday with the 100% loading thing showing, we used to be able to refresh and get back to our game~
2. I can enter other servers without an issue while locked out of the one I play, please do not BS us saying it is our browser/cache whatever fault, I am pretty sure like me, everyone can load anything else but Tynon when it is happening, and only with the server I actually play, in my case...
3. Clearing cache, restarting computer, closing everything else but Tynon, does not make a difference...
Server 3. was out this morning, got back in for Cerb, a 1/4 way through, locked up and had to refresh, couldn't get back in, but as soon as Cerb fight was over, i got in, for about 5 minutes till it locked up again. got back in once more, but same thing, try and fight anything and it locks up, have to refresh been out since. Have tried all things known to man (or at least me) and nothing has worked. As i put on another post, i asked to try a friends account on same server and logged in no problem. I can log into beta site or create new account on different server, but, cant get into mine.
I am affected and alot pissed off PLEASE fix it fast VIP4 here dammit
time for patience people. Dawnbringer states: We've pinpointed the cause of this issue and we're working on fixing it right now. Will report back with either an ETA or "Its fixed" (hopefully the latter).

I think some sort of compensation would be nice, after suffering this loading trial of yours~
server 30 has been down intermittently for 4-5 hours. it will come back for a few minutes with lots of glitches (power = 0, no training, no icons....it varies)
WE all missed BAAL tho's that are locked out of our acct..VIP 5 here and not very pleased with the whole thing.nice part is if we can't return to our accts...we can get all our money we payed to play our accts.....so thats a game problem not our's. keep that in mind TYNON will be doing alot of charge back payouts.from day 1..best make us really happy seeing most of us missed Cerb and Baal let alone the training time or grinding exp points..due to no fault of our own..keep this in mond beofre we spend anymore money..great game good concept just far to many bugs and way to many servers..sorry TYNON just saying the truth less servers try fill the ones u say u have are full..
Fix is in place, but you may need to clear your flash, cache and cookies before reloading.
