And if you expect that to happen without a ticket put into billing support, you will disappointed. Gotta put the ticket in. And expect to not hear back until Monday at the earliest. Support and devs work M-F 8am-4pm, European time it seems. Not in on weekends. Or any time convenient to most. Which sux, since it seems like alot of people got royally screwed by this.
