Loosing Credits,coins, and gems

I spent over 700k credits to boost during ragnarok for the damn thing to freeze on me had to refresh and lost every bit of my power up which totally screwed me in the game thanks a lot for the stupid glitches. Ive lost more credits and coins due to stupid crap like that then i care to talk about, but im getting really sick of it and you would figure for the amount of money spent on this game you would fix it. total between all my accounts and the servers im on ive spend well over $3000 supporting this game to continually get screwed and all ive gotten from you all as a response is, we are working on fixing the bugs with the next update, well guess what it dont help me now, I want to know how your going to compensate everything that has been lost, credits, coins , gems all for power ups and stuff for your game to glitch and loose them.
