severe server lag

during battles wether pvp or pve i get severe server lag and yes ik its the server bcuz ive done several dif thing to attempt to fix...and last but not least of those things was i ended up opening another browser to verify it wasnt on my end and guess what? the game on the other browser worked beautiful..my suggestion to u is..stop opening new servers til u can fix all the issuesont he older servers...now i am a VIP3working towards 4...if u want ppl to continue spending money and enjoying themselves on this game plz fix these issues its bad when i cant do much cuz a fight takes 5 mins due to lag and spec skills not working at all too the point where it will show the name of the skill but no reaction from either side and the fight lasts 5 mins or so...
