Did Tomb1 Hard for first time this morning got a 850 score beat all 4 xtra bosses - no spirit plans in any shuffle - i was a bit ticked (also got a jewel frag instead of a token which always frustrates me) oh well watcha gonna do?

The chance of getting spirit plans is 5% for 3rd monster and 10% for 4th so it is definitely not a sure thing.
On the Wiki it says that the overall chances of getting a Spirit plan is 1/12 for 700+ scores and 1/2 for 800+ scores. Is that incorrect?
Well based on my experience, I seem to get plans from 700+ about 1/10 times or so and from 800+ about 1/4 time or so. Very rough guestimates.
I may be wrong on the estimates. That is what I was told they are. In my experience it is actually too high. In the 8 months I have been playing I have only received 5 spirit plan drops. I just assumed that I was unlucky. Maybe you are really lucky.
Plans really do drop a lot when you get 800 scores.
You get one once in about every 5th 800 score.
Don't know about that: I got a plan in my first and only over 700 score. -shrug-
Weird...I have only seen spirit as a prize in the 800 boss that one time (and missed it). I have only gotten there maybe around 6-10 times though. Normally for me, it's full of chips.
Edit: hold on... someone with a sample size of 1 has disproved all observations on 700 bosses.
NO THEY DONT
They just happen to for you at this moment in time.
In fact most of my 800 scores get me a level 3 chip no matter the level. WHICH IS THE WORST THING POSSIBLE form that flip
I have gotten maybe a 1% drop rate from 800 scores while total drop rate from 700-800 scores is 5%
I would say that getting 800 gives you a double chance one for the 3rd flip and one for the 4th flip
But let us try and clarify this herby because your statement is slightly vague
When you get an 800 score - do you get the plan form the 4th flip mainly or do you get the plan from the 3rd flip?
Because to me if you get it on the 3rd flip it may have been given to you with a 700 score that time
and it wasntthe fact you got 800 that got you the plan.
NOt sure if I am being clear on what I am thinking, but I think Herby will get it
I just got an IR plan on a 700 score. I got another one a couple of weeks ago on 700 too. None on 800 so far. before the last couple of weeks they have been few and far in between.
I know one of my vh's gets a 700+ score almost daily now, he has yet to EVER get a plan from lab...
I get over 700 daily. It's pretty easy in the hard labs since the trap squares could basically get you there on it's own. You need some luck for easy labs... which apparently I also have.

Perhaps 800 plus scores increase the chance of plans from Aldebaran? I have gotten about 8 plans from Aldebaran and 2 plans from Minos. But 5 of my plans from Aldebaran were from 800+ scores. I have only gotten 800+ scores about 8 times ever, while I get 2-3 700 scores per week. Hence, I get plans FAR more often from 800+ scores, yet most of them come from the 3rd Boss, not 4th.
Ok, I've started counting since December last year, and did easy level 1 lab twice everyday and only get my first and only 700 a couple weeks ago. So that would make the probability of getting 700 for me around 1 in 60. So that means that, assuming that your joined the forum as soon as you start playing, you've been playing for 6 months. That's around 360 times max that you can do the easy lvl 1 lab which means your sample size can only be 6, tops.
Of course, that might just mean that my lab skill suck since you proved that getting 700 is easy as pie with sample size of 1.
He said he gets 700 almost daily.
Wow, if that is the case, then I want his secret!
1 in 60 seems quite low though, I seem to get about 2 700s per week, occasionally 3, sometimes 1, but that puts my odds at around 1/10. Much better than 1 in 60 still!
I can't yet. I'm not strong enough to get through normal without needing life refill, let alone get 700 on normal.
I'm assuming that he meant he does normal when he talks about getting 700 daily. Which also means that he isn't doing Easy everyday.
Also, that screenshot is level 2. I'm talking about level 1.
FOr level 1 easy, go for the luck. This guide is actually a great help. As he says, go for luck. The destiny tiles are almost always positive, unless you are very unlucky. It's easy to combine a +4 move with old dreams, and it's easy to double the points on the boss tile. I got 800+ following it.
For normal mode, I got 700 almost daily. Now, I'm doing hard mode with queen p.
On a side note, use queen p wisely in normal mode and you won't have to refill HP ever. You can do it with as little as 2M power. This guide is pre-queen p in its power recommendation.
I can average a 700 or 800 about 1 in 5 labs on hard. about 1 in 20 for normal and 1 in 25 for easy. normal is tough for me lol, have horrible luck can never seem to figure out how to do it well.
A good statistic to consider analysing is how many positive destinies you would roughly need to break 700 and 800 on a given run, and across easy, medium and hard too
I propose that people monitor the number of extra moves you need to hit the 700/800 and the final score you end up getting, whilst assuming an 'average' spread of points/square hit (although large variations should be posted)
For example, on easy mode i find i need roughly 55 moves to get a 700, medium i haven't really tested for (but in my experience has been roughly the same, possibly bad luck), and for hard i hit no destiny tiles at all and am generally more surprised if i don't break 700, but i have gotten a few high 700s and an 830
Actually, I propose we should start monitoring the destinies that we step on and their outcomes, in different levels and difficulties, just so that we can at least have more certain probabilities as opposed to "I think that it is roughly half and half" or "mostly".
I wouldn't spend too much time on something they might change without a warning.
On average you're going to want about 55 moves in easy to pull a 7-800 12.7-14.5 points per move respectively. For normal you need to get about 50 moves 14 and 16 ppm. for hard you should be able to pull it off in 40-45 moves. 17.5-15.5 ppm for 700 20-17.7 ppm for 800. In hard you shouldn't really need to hit a destiny at all for a 700-800 score. In normal you need about 5 extra moves so you need to risk a few destinies (they normally screw you and take 4 moves...I f-ing hate normal) in Easy hit as many destinies as you can and hope they keep giving you moves lol. managed a 900 with about 60 moves.
It's not really for hard numbers (you can never be that certain when it comes to probability) but just to make sure that our ingrained negative bias (our brains are designed to remember negative events more clearly than positive ones - a survival trait) as well as other biases (like confirmation bias: we tend to remember events that fits into our previous perception of the world) aren't affect our perception of probability. Because unless it is a huge difference like in Tavern cards (only one or two purple/golds after several dozen if not hundreds of attempts with at least 1 purple/gold card, as opposed to the 20% which it should be) our estimates are clouded, quite a lot.
Also, it's not really that lot of work: my destiny stats for two lvl1 easy labyrinth attempts just for today.

That's already a sample size of 20. Took me like extra several minutes in total (from something like 15 minutes needed to do one lab) to alt-tab to notepad to write results every time I step on a destiny tile?
If people keep recording their results, any changes will be picked up quite easily.
In fact, I'd say that it is a very good safeguard against any changes that will make this thread outdated. Not to mention that anything in this thread or in the wikis can be changed without a warning anyway. So by that logic everything we do to record what happens in the game is useless.
Remember that as you go from easy to hard both the number of bad destiny and 20 point pits increases so you need fewer destinies to make 700 in hard. I have made 700 in hard with no destinies. It helped that that I hit a double transformation into a questions and that gave me 80 points.

How about you just update us after like 20-30 runs on the averages per run. etc...
Sure. Will do that.
I'm just trying to prove/oveturn my gut feeling that the stats are skewed towards the number of tokens that I've got (well, it pretty much did. :P)
