Gems

I was just wondering where i go to buy gems. All i get when i click the vip or the buy gems is the validating the payment info box to pop up and nothing more. Was just wondering cause i want to upgrae to a vip but cant find where to put my info in to do so. If you could please let me know it would be greatly appreciated
