what vip level are you?
I'm VIP3. Took me all week of saving all the credits I could, my mind is officially blown. Have every hero unlocked and didn't land on a single gold card. Roughly 1,000 tavern refreshes and not a single gold card.
How many purple hero cards did you get?
And if I may ask, how does a VIP3 gain 90m credits in only 1 week?
3 purple cards which were free, 2 failed. A vip3 obtains 90 million credits by using the shrine, fair, farming people (especially on monday), 100 scores on heaven's palace, pwning in rag, baal, and cerb and chilling at the skyhole for noble lady, 1st place daily in arena credits and farming credits in arena, 3 sails per day, strong lab scores, 8 guild treasure chests per day. : ) Basically playing the game all day everyday which was all for nothing as it is rigged beyond belief.
The reason I'm asking is because I'm VIP6 myself, and have several VIP7s in my guild.
And none of us are even close to accumulating 13m credits a day, as you have.
13m gold is very doable. Some can even get as much as 20-30m gold a day by shrining up to 5 gems and being in the top spot in arena and banish events.
But I find it difficult to see how a VIP3 can accumulate 13m credits per day, or 90m credits in one week.
Can you detail to us how you do it?
This would tremendously help the low to middle VIP level players of this game.
I wouldn't think it would be possible to anyone who isn't the number 1 player in their realm, for them it's possible. I listed all of the major things I do, nothing special just constant play. Just have to be smart, try to hit people that carry a lot of loot on monday, do every assitant task, never let stamina fill, always max revenges, etc. Waste all of your time so you can obtain enough credits to do nothing low and middle vip's so you can want to quit the game as well : )
What you are stating are basic things that most veteran players already do day in and day out yet do not come close to even gaining 10 million credits in a single day. Come on, let us in on the secret. How do you do it?
Here is a computational breakdown of a day's activities for a number 1 player of a realm of a fairly active server from 1-10, assuming its a level 80 account:
3 pirate sails per day: 800k credits total
Claim salary (of a lt col.): 1500k credits total
Claim guild benefits (of a level 5 guild): 500k credits
Guild wars winner: 700k credits
Labyrinth: 2x 600-score runs would net you 1000k credits total
Number 1 in arena: 2000k credits
Boss events: no gain, or barely any gain, as the amount of credits you win are almost the same as the ones you used up to boost to 80% power
Ragnarok event: no gain, or barely any gain, with the same reason as stated as Boss events
Daily total so far: 6500k credits.
So you are able to gain the remaining 6500k credits from 10 revenges daily, and from the Noble Lady? Assuming you gain 1500k credits from the noble lady alone, you would have to find 10 enemies with 12.5 million credits each, to farm 500k from each of them 10 times.
What I've stated are pretty much the best-case scenarios. You can lose a guild war battle, or have none. You can miss getting a 600, or even a 500 score in the labyrinth every now and then. You can get sunk in pirates while sailing. And most of all, the people you revenge or "farm" each day, can have a lot less credits than 12.5m each.
Am I right?
Herby, im a free to play player and i gained 38m credits from saturday afternoon untill this morning. i'm by no means a top player nor am i a hardcore player. By just doing basic stuff i can get 35m in roughly 2,5 days. if i went all out i could easily double that, and remember i dont have any vip benefits whatsoever.
And fyi, 1 revenge netted me well over 2m creds, if you know who and when to revenge you can easily amass 20m creds from revenging on monday alone.
That is a very interesting prospect there.
Indeed, it seems a player must truly know who and when to revenge nowadays, in order to compete on the top level?
If I may be permitted to ask, is it not once you revenge a player successfully, the revenge option goes away on the following day?
So how does one revenge that same player again
maybe for other people not me, I always come out well ahead for rag, and both boss fights, i don't break even. I have never had my ship sunk and we win our guild war everyday. You also did not include the 8 treasure chests per day. It's 1800k daily credits as I am general rank. I exchange coins for credits at the fair. Credits from the shrine and fair which I used gems weren't included. I also usually do very well and get several million from noble lady, 1500k credits is not very good.
Yes the revenge option goes away the next day. There are various manners to get revenges, im sure you know them. And of course, your timing of the revenge is paramount(and you need a slice of luck with that), but a well timed revenge can easily net over 2,5m credits.
I gained 9.5m just from yesterday alone,2m from arena,1.5m from hero salary the rest came from the lady.Id guess its possible.
I just got done spending millions more credits with no results yet again. Last 2 tuesdays combined. 55 million credits... 2 cards... 1 failed... End result, 55 million credits per card... Why even bother saving up?
I myself went through i good few million and got no hero (120 spirits ) Biggest money making racket in the game lol.
I feel your pain Legolas
I have spent about 20m so far today. Have not picked a purple or gold at all. And only gotten 270 spirits
Legolas, luck in this game goes through streaks, I'm sure you know that by now. When you're having bad luck after 1-2 mill credits, it's best to wait for at least 15-30 minutes before trying again. If you blew all your credits during a "bad streak" time, well....that's how it is.
Sorry for the loss of credits but you can't just muscle through luck that seems to be partially determined by the server code for various times of day.
Case in point: Just after server rollover today I picked up Adamanti and Dawnbringer cards back-to-back, then this morning near Cerberus time I pulled an Adamanti card out of a 100 contribution guild chest along with getting plenty of frags for a Vitality then lucking out in the Rune Temple with another Vitality, the last I needed.
By waiting for good moments, I succeeded, but I did that by not blowing all my resources at once. Sometimes I have bad days too where I get nothing, but it's patience that pays off in the end.
I keep hearing this or something similar about the timing. Things seems to be better at certain times of the day. If you are having bad luck stop and do it later, etc.
The now 20m credits ive spent today has been spread out over a course of 6+ hours. And the luck is bad the whole time. 13 spirits per million (about 12 refreshes) is horrible luck and to not get any hero on top of it is ridiculous. I've tried doing it while others are having good luck and when others arent.
I stop after 4-5 refreshes of no heroes and do something else and come back later. And guess what happens when I come back? Another 4-5 refreshes without a hero. Normally I don't complain much about the tavern, but I really feel it has been nerfed since the last patch.
Yet I have guild mates who get 700 spirits for 10m credits. And get 20 frags for 25m coins.
IMO there is something else going on in this game effecting luck. And to be honest I think its either
A. Developers going into accts and setting a luck rate
or
B. The luck rate we get is determined by some strange formula that takes multiple variables into account
i spent 35m credits in the tavern and got 2 alexa cards, of one which also failed, haha. spirits i was lucky though, got 1k spirits for my credits, so i cant really complain, but sheesh, a gold hero card would have been nice...
If you are on a bad streak you should probably stop. Whatever affects the pseudo-random number generator is likely pushing the outcomes into the fail category more than normal.
P.S. Today spent 16 million credits so far and gotten 2 alexa cards, 1 saffron card (failed of course), and one adamanti card.
I don't bother with tavern Tuesday for this exact reason rather keep my creds for Thursday.
Only thing I don't quite get is your vip3 and general? Or was I mistaken?
20m Credits spent after reset and I got 2 Saffron Cards, both succeeded but I don't use her. 1 Calvin card that succeeded and 1 Cianna card that failed. No gold cards. In fact, in my whole time on server 1, I have flipped 2 gold hero cards. Once for Shayd's Card and once For Bloodstorm recruitment. Every Gold card/hero before and since has been bought with spirits, which I will admit are very easily gained since the last patch. I will not participate in the Tavern Tuesdays again, instead saving for other weekly events.
I agree with your luck assessment, Matt. There is most certainly some strange formula that takes into account such factors as Rank/Event positions/Gear Upgrades/HR movement/Quest activity/Spending, etc etc. I'm not saying I don't agree with this, but it is most certainly there. I have had some bad days and even some bad weeks. Sometimes I get 1st place in banish events for 9 days straight, other times I find myself fighting very hard for it. Frags, Hero cards and everything else are all dependent on this luck factor it seems. Right now I'm on the upside, and I think it's all about learning how to spot where you are on that given day. It seems some players may already have.
To the OP... Tavern Tuesday is of no interest to me. Sorry to hear of your massive credit loss. Better luck with another event maybe.
I seem to recall you flipping DAWN in the 1st hour or 2 of the server, but maybe it was shayd
i would be delighted with you results fro 20m credits on a Tuesday.
I disagree on spirits - for me they are no easier to get, in fact I think I get less now.
I know people who get 10 times the spirits I do for the same amount of credits spent.
I dont mind the luck factor, but for the 2 ends of teh spectrum to be so far apart is ridiculous, and one person should not have almost pure bad luck for 2 weeks straight
Sucks to hear Legolas. Tavern is really rigged, and that's why I don't go crazy on TT and spend boatloads of credits.
I flipped dawn because I redeemed my VIP status from the Beta Server, and it just appeared in my inventory. As did Alexa. I'm not saying I've not had any luck, I have had plenty... Just not much in the Tavern. I don't think getting purple cards is very lucky, that may just be me. But, I do agree, 2 weeks of bad luck is simply not right, but I see it all the time.
Herby... you can easily get more credits than just the list that you listed.... you didn't even include any guild bonuses/ guild war bonuses , shrine amplifiers etc etc..... 90 million credits in a week is not even close to being a huge amount or out of the ordinary for someone who knows how to play. I had 40000k credits that I saved starting late sunday night and Monday to spend on Tuesday.......... FYI out of 40000k credits, I got a cianna card and an alexa card. So it's pretty obvious that shrine is amped way down on Tuesday.
and NONE of that 40000k came from attacks from wilds or revenges. I don't even bother with wild attacks and the only ppl I revenge usually are the 3 people on our server I can't beat, so they can't revenge me back.
what does the vip status have to do with getting credits? lol I can get 6 million just doing the lady but that's my server not a lot of competition getting her.
