We are a a decision point of whether to upgrade the Museum to level 5 or the Guild Hall to level 6. Is the double sailing benefits buff for Jengu implemented?

yes it is 2 guilds on server 1 get the bonus

Does it include doubling the Gems on Saturdays?

I think it does but im not in one of those guilds, but im pretty sure it does. we got 2 weeks to wait for cool down still

For level 6 the cool down is 25 days.

The guild cooldowns are ridiculous. Those should be cut in my opinion.
