I doubt it. There cannot be a rational reason for upgrade failure to lose previous levels.
Beyond greed that is. If 100% success can fail then there really is no hope on stars.
I refuse to pay any more to get gems to buy stars that will disappear.
It's coded robbery, in my opinion.

ya i agree with that is with the stars:) they would be basically unstoppable.
