this has happened to me on more than 3 times now i am getting really P off spending cred's and coins and gems to get stuff to help to build up my power and then some where along the line the stupid game goes out of sync so you refresh the page only to loose some serious power on Sat i lost 163,000 on my power after yet another dam sync error so come on Tynon sort this stuff out never mine creating new servers fix the probs on the ones you all ready have

With today's update it seems that damage calculations have been nerfed a bit.
Or in a sense, are more accurate now, doing the damage listed in hero attributes minus the target's armor ratings.
The less damage could be the cause of all power ratings becoming a bit less both on players and quest enemies.
This has happened to a number of people across our server as well. It was shouted in world chat, which brought attention to the issue because I thought it was just me that randomly dropped appx 250k of power. Turns out it is everyone that we know of, so not sure if there was some stat that got dropped, since lower level players lost around 30-50k and highers anywhere from 100-250k power.
Also, among a number of things this morning I crafted a relic, equipped it, upgraded it...then it disappeared on refresh, along with 2 embedded lvl 2 emeralds. The plan was still there upon refresh, so I crafted then leveled it again. The gems I spent upgrading it and the emeralds, however, were still gone.
Lastly, I had each hero at 6 stars. After receiving a number of stars from guild chests I decided to try or 7.
I got 7 on one hero first try. The 7th star showed up, along with corresponding power boost and decrease in successive chances that always comes along with a successful star upgrade, dropping from 20% at 6 stars to 17% at 7. ((yes, there is a punchline to this)).
I got 7 on my second hero...again first try. Again another star, again a power boost.
I got a 7th star on my third hero. First try.
I got a 7th star on my fourth hero. First try.
I went for my main...fail. I then DC'd and refreshed...
Boom...all my heros were down to 4 stars. All of them.
At the top of my arena and a good VIP6 what did I do? I blew almost 1000 gems to get them back to 6, as I had already lost 250K power for whatever reason, had a hiccup with crafting my relic, and lost an additional 200K power after my stars reduced.
So now I'm wings level, but set back because of this glitch. Obviously, had the first attempt at 7 stars failed I would not have continued with the rest of my heros, thus putting myself in a position to have to spend 800+ gems to get back to where I started.
I am not sure what caused this, and posting here because all my attempts to contact billing support have told me the page is unavailable for appx the last 2 hours.
Seems to be a strange morning around the Tynon world. I don't know what corrective actions are available, but personally I am not spending another cent until I get some kind of answer.

Would you like to explain to me why it is that some of us have lost chunks of Power after your last adjustment to the game??
Do you intend refunding us the gems we PAID for to get there or do we need to see about taking things further on this, as this is growing tiring. The Heaven Tavern is rigged, as are the Credit Boosts, now this??

I too have lost a vast amount of power too almost 200k!...... seams to have happened to a lot of ppl today, now I'm down to 4.9 mill, :( + I have had things happen to me also, yesterday I won a Guardian Chest Guard off the Molten cerb spent the best part of an hour getting the items to craft the Chest Guard, once I crafted it I gave it to Calvin dropped the required 3 lv's once he was equipped, he down to lv 13, I had to slots in the black smiths available, so raised his Guardian Chest Guard bk up to lv 15 before I went to work, came bk home logged on and was going to pay the 20 gems so that I could get it bk to lv 16 to find out His Guardian Chest Guard is now gone! I have reported the bug to c/support but that is about as far as it has gone, there seams to be to many bugs and glitches in the game lately, prob caused buy to many extra servers, may be they should sort the game out first and not make these never ending servers
am having the same trouble woke up this morning and lost like 7000 power and just few minutes ago got it back up and crashed out and it mucked it up again I'm mean come on here lol
My power disappeared too! I was at over 2mil yesterday night and I come on today and its at 1962476! Obviously this is a game wide problem, please attempt to fix this quickly

Power Changes:

Queue Cooldown Decreased:
Blacksmith and Talent queues have less cooldown now, ranging from 1/4 - 1/2 less.
If you start a queue with less than 4hrs total cooldown, you can start another and it will add to the previous queue's time, until 4hrs total is reached.
I had a powerdifference aswell after refresh, but for me it was a crfted piece of equipment that didn't take. I still had the plans and the materials, but had lost gems to craft it at the level it was at.
It didn't register apparently. Will write to support when they are available again.
They updated the Beta server now, rolled back to the old power values.
The Live servers should be updated soon as well.
Whatever the issue is it is crap they do a new patch and we suffer. Yes the new stuff is awesome but why must we suffer when they add and or change things? We all work hard to obtain our power levels and yes I know power means zip without good heroes and such. Just wish they would double check before they do this and or let us know hey we made a change and goofed a bit sorry will will fix it asap.

Hello everyone and Dawnseeker. I am not making my posts unreadable.
I use the black/red forum color scheme.
Apparently this makes my text color white to people not using the same forum scheme?
How can I change this?
I made this post GREEN so others can see it.
Using the other forum color schemes do not display well on my computer and my head hurts when too much white is seen on screen.
Also, I have used this black/red scheme ever since I started posting and it has never caused me any issues before.
Herby, black on white is readable by everyone.
