2.1 Billion Power Heroic Boss

Good Day,

Would like to check if the power Heroic Boss 'Mud Giant' is intended to be 2.1 Billion.

If so, how are players supposed to beat him to unlock better gear, as well as to get out of World Bosses which are constantly dropping Lightbringer Sword and Staff?

P.S Mud Giant is the second boss of the Lightbringer Tier in Heroic Bosses.

This is being discussed in http://bbs.tynon.com/showthread.php?3644-Content-patch. The reason is that the ones after it are not yet in the game so there is no place to go if you were to beat him.
